• General Updates

  • The Job hierarchy configuration module has been moved to the Employee admin section from the Requisition section in the Configuration Portal.

• What's New in Integration

  • Values for the Monthly Car Allowance and Monthly Allowance fields in employee profiles are synchronized from the Greenhouse Offer table.

• What's New in Performance Management

  • Administrators can now edit the name and description of a Year-end review plan after the plan has started. This makes it possible to keep plan information accurate throughout the review cycle.

• What's New in Compensation

  • Compensation plans can now cover multiple legal entities and offices, enabling organizations across countries and regions to use a single plan for data review.

  • Statement profiles now include the Send email notifications once employees receive their statement files in MyHR option, allowing you to configure whether employees receive notification emails when their statement files are available.

  • Statement profiles include an Apply to setting for assigning statement files to employees within specific legal entities and offices. The default scope is AvePoint all, including for existing profiles.

• Introduced a new Email template module that enables administrators to configure email templates for linked tasks.

• When configuring the employee scope for a linked task, the OTC % value is now available as a condition rule.

• In the Employee admin > All fields module, a new built-in field ESPP Eligibility has been added under the Compensation section.

• To support different leave display needs across teams, a new Display expired/taken carryover setting has been added under Configuration Portal > Leave & Time Management > Leave policy > Settings. When enabled, expired and taken carryover balances are displayed on the Leave & Time management page. This setting applies only to leave policies with Specify expiration date enabled in carryover settings.

• MyHR now supports Compliance requirement configuration. As an administrator, you can perform the following actions:

  • Set up and manage compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate compliance management by creating roles with the necessary permissions and assigning them to staff.
  • Track all compliance-related actions within the Audit report.

• Users with the Global administrator role can now view all employee requests from the Employee Portal > Admin view.

• Distinctive icons are now available to represent different leave types when configuring leave policies.

• The built-in Global Administrator must be assigned to at least one user for system management.
• MyHR supports creating a new holiday policy by copying an existing one.
