MyHR now supports exporting leave report by clicking Export in Employee portal - Admin view > Leave and time management > Leave tab.
HR staff can no longer edit a termination request after the IT notification is sent on the employee's last working day.
To support more granular file access control, files in the employee profile are now organized by module-based folder permissions.
To access the Benefits and Compensation plans folders, you must have permission to the Compensation section in the employee profile.
To access the Employee Personal Information, ER/Disciplinary, New hire, Termination, Medical, Other, and Compliance (Read only) folders, you must have permission to the Work section in the employee profile.
A new Resolve button has been added to Employee portal - Admin view > Compensation > Statements, allowing HR to batch mark statements with a status of Pending or Sent to compensation reviewer as resolved for employees whose statements are managed offline.

General Updates
HR staff can now be granted specific permissions to view employee profile update history on the Employee admin > Employee history page.
The request details page now displays enhanced task information, including approver, request status, operation time, operator, and notes.
When an onboarding request is sent for a candidate, the candidate status will be updated to Pending onboarding approval.

What's New in Compensation
You can now export employee compensation data from the Compensation > Overview page.
After a compensation plan is completed, you can update employee profiles with the finalized compensation details by clicking Update profile on the compensation details page under the Worksheet tab.
