Working out Loud %

Calculation = [Teams – Chat Messages] / [Teams – All Messages] * 100.  Where chat messages are the number of unique messages that the user posted in a team chat during the specified time period.

What this tells you

The percentage of channel messages you are posting compared to overall messages. For example 2 Channel Messages and 8 Private messages = 10 Messages total. Channel messages represent 20% of your overall message.
